IC Contact/Voicemail
"You've reached Kiyotaka Ishimaru; I seem to have missed you! My sincerest apologies for that - but if you leave your name and state your business, firmly and concisely, I'll return your contact as soon as I can!
Until then, I look forward to speaking to you; do what you can to make your day pleasant and productive, and be sure to keep your head up!"
[Please state in the subject line if OOC planning is preferred and we can handwave like the wind, but otherwise IC will be assumed!]

It's fortunate for a few reasons, really - the first being that it cuts down on the time he's spending freaking out, because he's been more or less beside himself for the last week; another is that it prevents the inevitable screaming interrogation that would have happened when it came to whomever was on watch, and the last thing anyone needs is Kirigiri being annoyed or Fujisaki in tears.
He had been reading a bit when Naegi came to, in the loosest possible definition of the word - he has a book open across his lap and he's pretty sure the book contains words, but hell if he can remember what any of the words actually are. Or, you know, what subject he's even reading about. (He's pretty sure there's a subject, but don't take his word for it.) Naegi actually making noise for once snaps him out of his thoughts immediately, however, and he straightens up a bit where he's sitting. He knows coming out of these things can be...sort of unpleasant; he has no idea what he's supposed to be expecting.]
Naegi-kun...?
no subject
Ishida-kun...? Shouldn't you be in the morgue?
[ When he finally speaks, his words are kind of sluggish and he yawns. ]
no subject
It takes Ishimaru a moment to work out what to even say to that - somehow you managed to hit at least two points of Utter Wrong in seven words, good job, Naegi.]
...No, Naegi-kun - I'm not Ishida right now. And we're not dead anymore here, remember?
no subject
[ His brain is starting to work this out. Just a little bit more. ]
I went back. To the school, I mean.
no subject
[...He...thinks that's everything...?]
no subject
[ Like, he appreciates the infodump but geez, he didn't need all of that at once. ]
Where's Kirigiri-san?
no subject
[Ugh, look, he's not good at this - ]
We set up a rotating schedule to keep an eye on you. I don't know exactly where she is right now; do you want me to find her?
no subject
I'll contact her later, if that's okay... Um, can I get something to drink? My throat's kinda dry...
no subject
[Just. Let him jump up and go do that, if for no better reason than it gives him an excuse to leave the immediate area for a second and collect himself. This is awkward as hell for some reason and he isn't entirely sure what to do with himself; the task of getting water is a brief one given the general layout of hotel rooms, but it gives him something to do with his hands for the duration.]
...Are you going to be all right?
no subject
Yeah. It's...been kind of a long day. The final trial was exhausting.
no subject
[Well, that's...promising, right?]
So you've managed to escape the school, then.

[The relief in his voice is obvious; he sits down again, though his hands are quick to tighten in his lap while he tries to work out exactly how he feels about all of that.]
...You did really well, Naegi-kun, I'm happy for you.
[And he actually is; he's not good at expressing it well, but that much is true.]
no subject
I'm relieved it's over. Enoshima's dead, and her despair lost against hope.
no subject
[Yeah, there are going to be exactly zero tears shed for Enoshima over here, um.]
no subject
...Before she executed herself, I told her I didn't want her dead. But she just yelled at me and started the execution anyway.
no subject
[...empathy of a rock.]
no subject
no subject
I won't wish death on the innocent, but Enoshima is as far from innocent as you can get!
no subject
no subject
...It does, I think.
[...]
You're a kinder person than I am, either way.
no subject
[ ...Moving on. ]
This probably goes without saying, but we're not bringing her here. She should stay dead.
